If you place an order for item(s) that were mispriced or discontinued, you will be notified by your Account Executive. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make reasonable suggestion to rectify the situation. AVTstore.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.


Touring Professionals:

Customers currently on tour who need there order shipped to a venue they will be traveling to should allow for extra shipping time as to not miss delivery. This is very important if your tour takes you to a different city daily.

After receiving your order confirmation we suggest you contact us via phone or email to minimize the risk of your order arriving late and following you around the country. (This has happened to me and others while I was out on the road)

Please provide us with the name of the venue, date of your production, production manager information as well as your information. This information is suggested to minimize the risk of your order getting lost at the venue's shipping and receiving dock.

Expedited and Next Day Shipping:

All orders placed on AVTstore.com will be shipped standard UPS Ground. If your production requires expedited or next day delivery we suggest you place your order over the phone.

This will enable AVTstore.com to expedite our fulfillment of your order and personally work on the logistics to get the order to you on time. We suggest this method because we have experienced touring in the middle of no where needing a crucial part/product for the next show.

Shipping:

* All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. * Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer (i.e., residential delivery fees, COD fees, signature required fees and extended delivery charges). * If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total. * All freight charges are subject to carrier's billable weight. * Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. * Refused shipments may incur up to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost. * UPS and FedEx charge AVTstore.com additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned, or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return, or rerouting of the package(s). * Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than ground. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.

Return Policy

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from AVTstore.com prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

2. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.

3. Defective returns are eligible for return only within 180 days from AVTstore.com invoice date or 30 days of retail sale to the end-user. After 180 days, all products must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.) Please refer to the applicable catalog product page for details if stricter policies apply.

4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.

5. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.

6. Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at AVTstore.com's discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current AVTstore.com selling price less a 20% restocking fee.

7. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.

8. Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at AVTstore.com.

9. Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal AVTstore.com policies.

10. Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to AVTstore.com.

11. Most TV/Monitors 30”/projections products and Samsung TV’s 14” or larger to not qualify under normal AVTstore.com Return Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1-800-SAMSUNG for service.

12. Most TV’s/Monitors 30” or larger and projection products require infield service repairs under manufacturer’s warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.

13. AVTstore.com follows all manufacturer return policies. Please reference the applicable catalog product page to determine those products that do not qualify under normal return policy.
